STEP 1/6
Please make the sauce first.
3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste,
3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, a little pepper, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
STEP 2/6
Put 500g of duck meat in a bowl
Pour in the sauce and mix well.
(Please let the refrigerator mature for at least 30 minutes.)

1 onion, 1 mushroom, 1/3 carrot,
Cut 1 handful of chives and 15 perilla leaves into bite-size pieces.

Put cooking oil on a heated pan
Add the duck meat and cook it.

By the time the meat is half cooked
Add onions, mushrooms, and carrots and stir-fry.
STEP 6/6
When the vegetables are all cooked, turn off the heat
Add perilla leaves and chives and mix them well with residual heat.
