Stir-fried zucchini / Stir-fried zucchini with easy and short co
I often serve side dishes for my husband who likes zucchini. The texture is good, and the taste is good, too.^^

  • Young squash
    1.5ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • salted shrimp
    1ts
  • peperoncino
    1ts
  • plum extract
    1/2TS
  • olive oil
    2TS
  • Water
    10-20cc
  • cooking wine
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes, 5mm thick.
Chop two onions.
+ minced garlic
STEP 2/6
Oil a pan, stir-fry salted shrimp + plum juice + cooking wine.
Adjust the heat to medium and low.
STEP 3/6
Sprinkle pepperoncino (=red pepper powder) and stir-fry it sweetly and spicyly.
It's seasoned
Try to season it to your taste!!
That way, you can eat it more deliciously^^

Put in a little bit of boiled water
I like it when there's a bit of soup.
It's not greasy.
It's good to stir-fry as much as the crunchy texture.
If you like it soft, you can stir-fry it a little more.
Perilla powder
