How to make savory milk porridge/ tarak porridge with glutinous
I made the fallen porridge that the king used to eat at home. It was an easy and delicious dish using glutinous rice flour.

Ingredients
  • glutinous rice flour
    130g
  • Milk
    700ml
  • Sugar
    1.5T
  • Salt
    1.5t
  • jujube
    1ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add about 250g of milk to 130g of glutinous rice flour.
STEP 2/8
Mix thoroughly using a whisk.
STEP 3/8
Put the milk dough into the pot and add 450ml of milk. And bring to a boil, stirring well.
STEP 4/8
Add 1.5 tons of salt to this.
STEP 5/8
Add 1.5T of sugar.
STEP 6/8
Keep stirring so it doesn't burn. When milk porridge bubbles up, it's all cooked. Turn off the heat when it's done.
STEP 7/8
Please make jujube to garnish on the fallen porridge. Remove the seeds and roll up the chopped jujube and cut it.
STEP 8/8
Place milk porridge in bowl and top with chopped jujube garnish. It's delicious glutinous rice flour milk porridge.
Keep stirring so that the corruption doesn't stick.
