Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Gently beat in the soft butter, then add the sugar and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Add eggs, salt and vanilla extract and mix well.
STEP 3/6
Sift together flour, cornmeal, almond flour and baking powder and add milk.
STEP 4/6
Mix until the powder is slightly visible, then add the drained sweet corn and mix lightly.
STEP 5/6
Fill 80% of the dough and place the sweet corn in the center in moderately.
STEP 6/6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 for 25 minutes.
