Chop paprika and green pepper into small pieces

Chop the green onions, too. I like green onions, which are good for detoxifying heavy metals, so I put in plenty.

Cut the manari into 2cm pieces. You can skip it if you don't have it, but it's better if you put it in because it's fragrant.
