Curry dishes - making chicken tika masala (Indian curry)
I made Indian curry and chicken tika masala using common ingredients at home. It has a mild taste and a savory and soft texture, and even those who don't like exotic foods can enjoy it without any burden because it doesn't contain spices.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, cut chicken tenderloin into cubes to make it easy to eat.
If you cut it big, it's hard to season it
It's better to cut it as small as possible.
STEP 2/9
Add 0.5T of unsweetened yogurt, 0.5T of cooking wine, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1t of red pepper powder, 0.5T of curry powder, and a little pepper and mix well.
Let well-mixed chicken ripen in the refrigerator for an hour so that the seasoning can be cut well.

Chop one onion into small pieces.

After 1 hour, stir-fry the aged chicken in an oiled pan.

Place well-fried chicken in a different place and stir-fry chopped onions with 1 spoon of butter.

If the onion is clear, add 200ml of water.

Add 3T tomato paste, 1T unsweetened yogurt, 3T whipped cream, 1.5T red pepper powder, and 1T curry powder and bring to a boil over low heat.
If you don't have tomato paste, you can use tomato sauce.
STEP 8/9
When it starts to boil, add the first stir-fried chicken and simmer over medium-low heat until desired concentration.
Adjust the salt for the lack of seasoning.
STEP 9/9
Place chicken tika masala in desired bowl and sprinkle yogurt lightly on top.
This is the simple chicken ticca masala!
