STEP 1/5
To make Cha Seungwon kkakdugi, cut radish into cubes.
I didn't have a lot of radishes, so I only made a small amount.
And I took out the chives that I kept in the freezer and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
And put all of them in the kimchi container where you will put Cha Seung Won's radish kimchi.
Later, I will shake the kimchi container and mix the seasoning, so I filled only half of the kimchi container and put it in.
STEP 3/5
Add a pinch of salt, 3.5 spoons of red pepper powder, 0.5 spoons of sugar, 0.5 spoons of minced garlic, 0.5 spoons of plums, and 2.5 spoons of anchovy sauce.
STEP 5/5
I waited until it was cooked deliciously and it was good with crunchy texture. I tend to eat it a bit boring, so I seasoned it a bit boring, but as it cooks later, the radish comes out with moisture, so I think it'll be good to season it a little bit more.
It was a simple, Cha Seungwon radish kimchi.
