Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the green onion and chop the cabbage and chives into bite-sized pieces
STEP 2/8
Boil the udon noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, rinse in cold water and drain
STEP 3/8
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, and cooking wine to make the sauce
STEP 4/8
Grease a pan with chili oil, add pepperoncino and green onion and stir-fry over medium heat
