All vegetables and meat are shredded and prepared.

First, add enough oil and stir-fry the pork, and then put it in another bowl

Put the green onions, ginger and garlic in a greased pan first and let the oil smell for 30 seconds, then add the onions and stir-fry until the onions are clear.

When the onions become transparent, add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry the meat over high heat until they are slightly out of breath.

Add 2 spoons of red pepper powder and stir-fry quickly. Add 50ml of water little by little and stir-fry it so that it doesn't burn.

Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tsp of seasoned red-pepper sauce

Stir-fry the vegetables so that the seasoning is cut well, and then add starch water to make them slightly thick.

If you add a bit of sesame oil at the end, you can feel the savory scent
