anchovy broth

Cabbage

dried pollack

Red pepper powder

Soybean paste

Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the cabbage in half lengthwise and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/8
Chop the radishes, please.
STEP 3/8
Please shred the squid.
STEP 4/8
Chop the garlic and chop the green onion.
STEP 5/8
Add 7 thick anchovies to 500ml of water, 1 piece of kelp, and simmer for 10 minutes to make broth and discard the ingredients.
Boil cabbage, radish, dried pollack, and squid in the broth.

Add soybean paste, red pepper powder, and soy sauce and season.
STEP 7/8
Add minced garlic and green onions and bring to a boil.
STEP 8/8
Cabbage squid soup is done.
