STEP 1/15
I prepared cod and brought it. The cod you see in the picture is 1/2 cod. It's too much to boil and eat half of the cod at once, so I divided it in half.
STEP 2/15
1/4 cod... It's 1.2kg. Even a quarter of cod has a head of cod, a head of cod, a stomach of cod, a gon of cod, and everything.
STEP 3/15
It's a cod that removed the scales and cut them. I washed it once under running water at home and sifted it. You have to brush off the blood clots attached to the bones as much as possible to avoid fishy smell.
STEP 4/15
Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt evenly on the trimmed cod and marinate it for a while. It also makes cod liver and cod flesh firm.
STEP 5/15
5 pieces of radish cut into 0.3 cm thick... Cut 2 handfuls of radishes and prepare them.
STEP 6/15
Put the prepared radish in a pot and pour 6 cups of kelp anchovy broth.
STEP 7/15
Then, put it on a gas stove and boil it over high heat.
STEP 8/15
When the soup boils evenly, add the prepared cod.
STEP 9/15
It's above Daegu.
STEP 10/15
This is Daegu Goni Jeongso. It's a male cod. In Daegu, male cod is a little more expensive.
STEP 11/15
Put all the prepared cod into the boiling soup.
STEP 12/15
I roughly removed the foam from the boiling.
STEP 13/15
And season with 1 teaspoon of salt.
STEP 14/15
Prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 green onion, cut the white part diagonally, and boil it.
STEP 15/15
Lastly, cut green onion and 3 cheongyang peppers diagonally and season with a little salt and pepper.
