Nagasaki White Jjamppong
Nagasaki Jjamppong is a Japanese-style jjamppong with white soup, and I made 4500 jjamppong by frying pork and cabbage using 4500 jjamppong. I recommend it on a day when you want to enjoy 4,400 Jjamppong in a different way.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash bean sprouts and cabbage clean and shred cabbage into 0.5cm thick pieces.
STEP 2/5
Cut steamed fish cake into 0.3cm thick pieces and drain the corn.
STEP 3/5
Put cooking oil in a heated pan, stir-fry pork and pepper for about a minute, then add 1 and stir-fry for another minute.
STEP 4/5
When the water starts to boil, add noodles, powder soup, flakes, and corn and boil for 4 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Transfer to a bowl and place steamed fish cake on top.
It's good to put various vegetables, seafood, etc. in it.
