STEP 1/6
Soak the glass noodles in advance for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, and onions by slicing them. The vegetables except onions were shaved round!
Remove the chicken skin from the chicken leg as much as possible. And give me the sheath.

Add 500ml of water and bring to a boil.
3T of baby soy sauce, 1/2T of baby sesame oil, 1t of minced garlic, 1/6th of pear, filter out the ingredients and add.
I don't want to use sugar yet, so I grind my pear on a grater and use it often.

When it boils, add chicken legs and vegetables, close the lid, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
