Smoked duck is cooked anyway
You don't have to cook it thoroughly.
I put in the pepper and turned off the heat after 2-3 minutes of seasoning.
And if you put it nicely in a bowl, it's done!
Remove enough oil before adding vegetables.
Otherwise, the vegetables absorb all the oil and the vegetables become mushy, so the texture is not good.
Removing oil is important because this dish is a combination of crunchy + smoked duck of onions and paprika!
