STEP 1/8
Wash the mackerel in running water and drain it
STEP 2/8
Shake the ripe kimchi slightly in water
Cut it into a proper length
STEP 3/8
Put kimchi on the pot first
Put the mackerel on top
STEP 4/8
I'm making the sauce
Add garlic, red pepper, and ginger extract
Kimchi is seasoned, so 2 tablespoons of soy sauce is enough
STEP 5/8
Add chili powder and soy sauce
I make it sweet with oligosaccharide or sugar
It might taste bitter, not fresh kimchi
STEP 6/8
Pour the sauce over the mackerel
I'll put perilla oil
Kimchi and ripe kimchi can go well together
Turn it down to medium heat and boil it
STEP 7/8
Wash the bean sprouts clean
STEP 8/8
When the mackerel and ripe kimchi are cooked, add bean sprouts and boil them
The bean sprouts are soaked in mackerel soup, so it's spicy and tastes good
It's crunchy and goes well with kimchi
