Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut pumpkin sweet potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and button mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and chop Cheongyang red pepper finely

Mix all the spicy braised sauce
STEP 3/9
Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry sweet potatoes first

Stir-fry sweet potatoes until they turn golden on the outside

When the sweet potatoes are cooked, add all the sauce and bring to a boil
