First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grind garlic, paprika powder, salt, olive oil in mortar and make mackerel seasoning

In the meantime, please prepare the ingredients for the mashed potatoes. First, put all the ingredients except potatoes in a bowl and mix well to make the sauce for the mashed potatoes

Boil the potatoes, too. Cut the potatoes into 2cm by 2cm and boil them in water, then add a pinch of salt

While potatoes are cooking, place mackerel on a baking sheet with the mackerel seasoning down, and sprinkle with coarse salt over the skin

When the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash the potatoes with 1T of olive oil. When the potatoes are mashed to a certain extent, leave 1T each of the green onions and seasonings and mix the rest. Lastly, season with salt and pepper

Place mashed potatoes on a plate and place mackerel on top. Sprinkle the remaining mackerel seasoning and green onion on top to complete
