1. Sugar 2T
STEP 3/17
2. 5T of soy sauce
STEP 4/17
3. Oyster sauce 5T
STEP 5/17
4. 1T of sesame oil
STEP 6/17
5. half a spoon of pepper
STEP 7/17
Add it and mix it ~~~
The sauce is done!
STEP 8/17
Add olive oil until half of the pan is submerged.
STEP 9/17
Add 2T of minced garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 10/17
Add chopped green onions and stir-fry them together.
STEP 11/17
Add beef for bulgogi and stir-fry it.
STEP 12/17
When it's half-cooked!
STEP 13/17
Add the boiled pasta noodles.
STEP 14/17
Add 5T of the broth that boiled the noodles.
STEP 15/17
Add 6 to 7T of the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 16/17
Add the sliced cheongyang pepper and stir-fry it.
If you don't have minced garlic, you can chop it yourself!
When I put in the sauce, I put in a total of 7T, but I think you can put in 6T, taste it, and add more if you like!
If you have peperoncino or Vietnamese pepper, I recommend you to use it instead of cheongyang pepper! (I don't have peperoncino or Vietnamese pepper, so I replaced it with cheongyang pepper lol)
