Norwegian mackerel fried rice that children like
My six-year-old can't eat fish because of a fish bone stuck in his throat. I made fried rice with Norwegian mackerel that is rich in DHA with the desire to feed fish. I don't know it's a fish, but I'm going to enjoy it^^ Mission accomplished!

Ingredients
  • Norwegian mackerel
  • Garlic
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • cooking wine
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare Norwegian mackerel.
STEP 2/8
Marinate Norwegian mackerel in cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
STEP 3/8
Spread the spines of Norwegian mackerel and cut them into cubes.
STEP 4/8
Grease a frying pan with oil and cook the sliced garlic until golden brown to make garlic oil. Norwegian mackerel produces a lot of oil, so put in an appropriate amount of oil.
STEP 5/8
Add Norwegian mackerel flesh and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/8
Boil the soy sauce on the edge. That's how it tastes like fire.
STEP 7/8
Add a bowl of rice and stir-fry it together.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry it all and add a bit of sesame oil at the end and mix it's mixed.
The scent of perilla leaves and Norwegian mackerel fried rice are very harmonious because they are sliced and eaten.
