STEP 1/9
Bake the bread crispy in a pan. You can bake it crispy without butter, and I baked it crispy by applying butter only on one side.
You can make a crispy sandwich when you stand up against each other.
STEP 2/9
You can make it using uncooked chicken breast, but since it's breakfast time, I used a chicken breast pack to make it faster.
STEP 3/9
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, and chop 4-5 almonds into small pieces.
STEP 4/9
Mix chicken breast and almonds with 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, and 0.5-1 tablespoon curry powder. (Adjust the amount of curry powder according to your preference.)
STEP 5/9
I used cherry tomatoes because I had cherry tomatoes. Slice to the right thickness and use a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
STEP 6/9
Spread whole grain mustard and mayonnaise on baked bread.
STEP 7/9
Put lettuce on the bread.
STEP 8/9
Put tomatoes on top, put seasoned chicken breast on top and cover with bread.
STEP 9/9
If you shape it with parchment paper for a while, you can cut it pretty. (If you don't have parchment paper, you can shape it with plastic wrap.)
