It's a menu that I've made a lot for a while as I have more opportunities to greet customers with lunch boxes and housewarming. People who don't like cucumbers eat well if they make it like this. Flying fish roe and crami are delicious, and the freshness of cucumbers is delicious. It's also the best visual.

Cooking Steps

Add 2.5 tablespoons of flying fish roe, 2.5T of mayonnaise, 2 skewers of salt

Mix well until seasoned.

Wash cucumbers clean, cut them into bands, and scoop them thinly from the thick side with a potato knife.
*Dry slightly with a kitchen towel.

You have to season the rice.
Season salt, sugar, vinegar 1:1:1 ratio and add sesame seeds.
I added 1.5T of salt, sugar, and vinegar to a bowl and a half of rice and added 0.5T of sesame oil. You can skip sesame oil.

You just have to make the rice smaller than 2cm.

Open the cloth, put the drained cucumber on it and roll it with rice.
