Beef cabbage soup, sweet and soft attractive taste, clear soup
It's not a common taste in restaurants, but my mom's recipe and shape when I was young are similar to beef radish soup, but I like the sweet taste with a lot of cabbage. I tried to recreate my mom's recipe^^

Cooking Steps

Please prepare anchovy stock first.
