Norwegian mackerel miso braised
I like grilled mackerel, fried food, and braised red sauce, but sometimes I make braised fish with sweet and salty miso, and this is a special feeling. Mackerel Miso, which children and adults eat well, doesn't get fishy even if they eat it the next day. ^^

Ingredients
  • Norwegian mackerel
    1pack
  • Water
    suitably
  • Ginger
    2~3ea
  • a small soybean paste
    1/2spoon
  • Soy sauce
    1ts
  • Cheongju
    1/2spoon
  • a beautiful forest
    1/2spoon
  • Sugar
    1ts
  • Water
    100ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare a pack of Norwegian mackerel.
STEP 2/7
Slice the ginger and cut it into quarters and make a cross cut.
STEP 3/7
Blanch mackerel in boiling water for about 3 seconds.
STEP 4/7
Drain the blanched mackerel on a kitchen towel.
STEP 5/7
Place mackerel in a frying pan and heat it by pouring 100ml of water. When the water boils, remove the foam, add the seasoning, and reduce to low heat.
STEP 6/7
When stewing with a small amount of seasoning, cover with a lid or paper foil smaller than the frying pan so that the seasoning is neatly evenly spread.
STEP 7/7
Put the mackerel on the plate first, and put more seasoning on it.
It's a dish made with raw mackerel, but I used Norwegian mackerel, which is easy to eat and not salty. Because of the salty taste of the mackerel, season it less than the seasoning ratio of this recipe, or add more water to control the salty taste.
