White radish salad with white kimchi.
I always made radish salad with red pepper powder. However, I made it thinking that it would be different even if it was made white, but it became a unique menu because it was neat and clean like white kimchi.

  • Radish
    1piece
  • a thick salt
    1/2TS
  • fish sauce
    1.5TS
  • salted shrimp
    1ts
  • Starch syrup
    1TS
  • chopped ginger
    1ts
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Strain the radishes thinly.
STEP 2/8
Sprinkle with thick salt and marinate for 5 minutes.
STEP 3/8
Chop garlic, ginger, and salted shrimp.
STEP 4/8
Rinse the pickled radishes lightly under running water and drain them.
STEP 5/8
Put the drained radish in a bowl.
STEP 6/8
Add all the seasoning ingredients.
STEP 7/8
Mix it powerfully.
STEP 8/8
Put the sobok in a bowl and it's done. (Please refrigerate the remaining radish salad.)
The purpose is to let the salt out after salting the radish, so make sure to rinse lightly with a sieve. If you wash it for too long, the saltiness and the natural sweetness of radish are all gone, so it's bland and tasteless.
