STEP 1/12
Prepare the ginger. The amount of ginger doesn't matter
STEP 2/12
Break ginger to peel well. Soak in water for about 20 minutes. That way, the soil will sink and it's good. If you put ginger in the onion net and rub it, the skin comes off easily. If you put ginger in the freezer for a while and rub it in the onion net, it comes off better. Even if you don't peel it with a knife, it's almost easy to peel. Remove only the red part with a knife.
STEP 3/12
Wash in water and drain.
STEP 4/12
Please cut the shredded vegetables
STEP 5/12
Do not dry the ginger right away, but put a cloth on a steaming steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
STEP 6/12
Cover and steam.
STEP 7/12
Put the compartment in the food dryer and dry it at 60 degrees for 12 hours.
STEP 8/12
It's level 4. Please change the top and bottom positions every two hours.
STEP 9/12
It's well dried. Touch it with your hands and dry it until it becomes hard. If it is not hard, increase the time additionally. I did it for 10 hours and added 2 hours.
STEP 10/12
It's well dried. Slice ginger to dry quickly. I wasn't very thin.
STEP 11/12
Put it in a grinder and grind it. If it dries well, it's hard like a stone, so it makes a loud noise.
STEP 12/12
If you grind it finely, natural ginger powder is complete.
It's good because it doesn't harden if you put silica gel in it. It looks like seaweed in a lunch box, so don't throw it away and use it.
