Cut shiitake mushrooms into slides

Chop the green onions and get ready

Place 3 eggs in a bowl and beat with chopsticks or fork

Add chopped green onion, garlic and cooking oil slightly in a pot and stir-fry until garlic flavor comes up
(Stir-fry it for 1 to 2 minutes.)

Add an appropriate amount of water and pour in the eggs when the water is about to boil

I tasted it and it was bland, so I seasoned it with tuna fish sauce
You can season it to your taste
If you don't have tuna fish sauce, I recommend you season it with salt

Make starch water and pour it into the egg soup. That's it
If you add kelp water instead of plain water, it tastes better
