  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Water
    400ml
  • crushed garlic

  • Soy sauce
    5TS
  • Red pepper powder
    3.5TS
  • Starch syrup
    3TS
  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • ground pepper
    suitably
Cooking Steps

Please prepare the sauce.

Scratching and rinsing the rough edges of the liver jam and cutting them into appropriate sizes.

Please put radish on the pot.

There are many types of mushrooms such as Santari
It can be used without separate cleaning!

Put mushrooms, green onions, and hot pepper on top
Pour about 400ml of water

Open the lid and turn on high heat for 7 minutes
Reduce the heat to low, close the lid, and boil it for another 20 minutes!
(It's okay to boil it down a little more depending on the degree.)
Be careful not to get stabbed by a thorn when preparing liver jam! (I've seen blood... ) If you want to add onions, you can reduce the amount of starch syrup or sugar.
