Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the center seam and cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.

Cut onions into cubes in the same shape as cabbage.

Chop the green onions and peppers.

Grease the preheated pan with cooking oil.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry.

When the garlic scent comes up, add cabbage and stir-fry it.

When the cabbage is a little out of breath, add the onions and stir-fry together.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Place the soy sauce around the edges of the pan as if burning.

Add chilies and green onions and saute.

Add plum extract and oyster sauce.
Turn off the light.

Lastly, put a little bit of sesame oil and sprinkle pepper.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and it's done.

Serve on a plate.
Cabbage is a vegetable that takes time to cook, so if you stir-fry it on low heat, the cooking speed is slow and water comes out.
You have to stir-fry it over high heat.
Turn off the heat when you think the cabbage and onions are half cooked.
If you stir-fry it for too long, the chewiness disappears.
