Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for more than an hour.

Wash the abalones thoroughly with a brush
Remove the teeth.
You can't throw it away because it's going to boil together with the intestines.
Abalone porridge is more savory and delicious with intestines.
Two are chopped, and one is sliced flat.

Don't use a knife for pine mushrooms
Remove impurities by washing gently with hands only.

Slice one pine mushroom flat and chop the other.

Pour soaked rice into a pot and stir-fry 2T of sesame oil.

When the rice becomes thick, pour 1L of water.
Boil it over high heat at first, but when it starts to boil, turn it down to low heat.

Boil the rice grains gently for more than 30 minutes until they spread.

Boil chopped abalone flesh and intestines together.
Add abalone and boil for about 10 minutes.

Now, add the minced pine mushrooms and season them with salt.

Sprinkle sesame oil and salt on the widely cut pine mushrooms and bake them in a pan.

Bake the abalone in the same way.

Place porridge in a bowl, place abalone and pine mushrooms on top and sprinkle with a little chives and sesame seeds.
