It's Toowoomba ramen made with Jinramen and soy milk!
There are a lot of recipes for Toowoomba, right? I compromised the recipes to suit my taste. I'm going to use ramen, so I wanted to make it go well with kimchi without complicating the cooking!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put water in a pot like you usually cook ramen, and boil it with only the soup.
STEP 2/4
When the noodles are about two-thirds cooked, strain them through a strainer and drain them.
STEP 3/4
Put the noodles, soy milk, and ramen soup into the strainer and boil it. When soy milk boils, add red pepper powder.
Soy milk boils up so you have to be careful.
STEP 4/4
Since the noodles are cooked about two-thirds and the amount of soy milk is small, you can cook the Toowoomba ramen after about a minute more. Add Cheongyang red pepper and green onion to finish.
I used soy milk for this recipe, but you can use milk. It's a recipe with less soup, so if you want to add more milk or soy milk In the process of boiling noodles, you should boil the noodles less than the recipe.
