Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Blanch tteokbokki rice cake in boiling water for about 1 minute.
STEP 2/9
Blanch the Vienna sausage in boiling water for about a minute.
STEP 3/9
Mix blanched rice cake with cooking oil~~
It prevents the rice cakes from sticking to each other and it's convenient when you put them in the skewer and grill them in the pan

I also cut the blanched Vienna sausage slightly so that the sauce can be cut well

Making seasoning
Make the sauce with red pepper paste 1T, ketchup 3T, soy sauce 1T, honey 2T, water 2T, sesame oil 1T. Boil the sauce in the pan and pour it into the bowl, and the seasoning is ready.
