STEP 1/9
Blanch tteokbokki rice cake in boiling water for about 1 minute.
STEP 2/9
Blanch the Vienna sausage in boiling water for about a minute.
STEP 3/9
Mix blanched rice cake with cooking oil~~
It prevents the rice cakes from sticking to each other and it's convenient when you put them in the skewer and grill them in the pan
STEP 4/9
I also cut the blanched Vienna sausage slightly so that the sauce can be cut well
STEP 5/9
The kids picked their own food on the skewers~~
STEP 6/9
Making seasoning
Make the sauce with red pepper paste 1T, ketchup 3T, soy sauce 1T, honey 2T, water 2T, sesame oil 1T. Boil the sauce in the pan and pour it into the bowl, and the seasoning is ready.
STEP 7/9
Grease another pan slightly and grill the skewers until golden.
STEP 8/9
After applying the sauce to make it look deliciously
If you spray it with nuts or parmesan cheese powder
Sotteok Sotteok is done!!!
STEP 9/9
It's a complete Sotteok Sotteok^^
It's slightly spicy and sweet Sotteok Sotteok!! I thought the sauce would go well with chicken skewers, so next time, I'll use this sauce
I'm thinking about making green onion skewers, too
If you're worried about snacks for kids on the weekend, do you want a simple Sotteok Sotteok??
