STEP 1/20
I took out the porridge from the freezer
- I said I'll keep it well. - It wasn't enough
Soak the porridge in the freezer in water
It's interesting that your mouth opens up and you get the sea.
I finished this work in the morning and on my way out to work, I stopped by the mart to buy ingredients.
STEP 2/20
Sea squirt. This much is about 2,000 won.
I bought a pack because I thought the price would be good and the seafood japchae would be plentiful.
STEP 3/20
I took out the red yellow and paprika from home.
I also took out onions and carrots.
STEP 4/20
You know cuttlefish have bones, right
Remove the bones like this
I cut it into a long shape.
STEP 5/20
If you cut the rest of the vegetables into long shapes, the ingredients are ready!
STEP 6/20
I'll make stir-fried seafood and vegetables first.
Put some oil on it~
Prepare oil that doesn't have a strong scent, such as canola oil or sunflower seed oil
Cut about 5tol of garlic into pieces in plenty of oil and stir-fry it.
STEP 7/20
The oil is coated with the smell of garlic, so it feels delicious.
Add the porridge
STEP 8/20
Add the rest of the seafood.
I also put a handful of seafood in the freezer.
STEP 9/20
I started with oil, but the broth from the seafood made my own crops.
Don't be surprised and season it.
two tablespoons of oyster sauce rice spoon
STEP 10/20
a tablespoon of sugar
STEP 11/20
Pepper, chop, chop
STEP 12/20
Add vegetables.
Then the vegetables get more moisture as they cook.
STEP 13/20
If you stir-fry it to a certain extent, the moisture disappears and it becomes like this.
Finished with stir-fried seafood and vegetables.
STEP 14/20
I prepared a handful of glass noodles.
STEP 15/20
Boil the water
STEP 16/20
Boiling water for 6 minutes (Check the cooking time at the back of the noodle product)
When time is available, strain it through a sieve.
I don't rinse it in cold water.
STEP 17/20
Put the drained glass noodles into the wok and season them.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and pepper
STEP 18/20
Add all the seasoning and stir-fry it.
It's a process to make the noodles get seasoned.
STEP 19/20
If you taste the noodles, there's not enough seasoning.
Stir-fried seafood is lightly seasoned, so I recommend you to mix it and add more seasoning.
STEP 20/20
Add the glass noodles to the prepared stir-fried seafood and vegetables and mix them well.
Taste it and if it's not enough, dab it with salt.
It's not salty or bland for me, so I ended it because I liked it.
A nice plate is done~~
The dish looks better with the shells.
It's a shame that the green color is not good, but there are various colors, so it feels like japchae.
Originally, I was going to make a seafood japchae bowl, but I thought it would be better to just put it on a big plate and eat it.
If it weren't for the shells, I would have plated it with rice.
I only put oyster sauce, but it's really all oyster sauce.
Oyster sauce with vegetables and seafood. I think there's a better combination.
