STEP 1/9
Gently beat in soft butter, add sugar powder and mix until no powder is visible

Beat in the eggs beforehand and mix them in small amount

Sift the flour and almond powder
Use a spatula to make a straight line

If you can't see the powder and don't mix it with a spatula
Make it into a lump with your hands

Divide it into three parts and put it in a zipper bag
Use a rolling pin to make it 13cm long and 1cm thick

Let it harden in the freezer for an hour

Hold it at 1.5cm apart and cut it slightly

Melt the coated chocolate in a medium bath and put it in the cookie stick as long as you want

You can add crunchy toppings to your liking
When you put the dough in a zipper bag and push it with a rolling pin to shape it.. It's important to make it flat and smooth, and to make sure that the angle stays at the end of the zipper bag
