STEP 1/12
Remove the bones in the middle of the wooden stand and body attached to the squid. And separate the squid's mouth.
STEP 2/12
Separate the squid legs and body, and cut both ends of the body with scissors. This way, you can easily rip it off after baking it.
STEP 3/12
Microwave 25g of butter for about 50 seconds and melt slightly.
STEP 4/12
Add 2/3T of sugar to melted butter.
STEP 5/12
Sprinkle herb salt three to four times and season it. And mix the ingredients evenly.
STEP 6/12
Put the cuttlefish in the air fryer and spread the butter sauce on the front.
STEP 7/12
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 8/12
Make soy sauce wasabi mayonnaise sauce while baking squid. Put 1T of soy sauce on a plate and add 1T of mayonnaise and 0.5t of wasabi.
STEP 9/12
Add about 1t of oligosaccharide to this.
STEP 10/12
After 10 minutes, open the air fryer, turn over the squid, and spread the butter sauce evenly on the back.
STEP 11/12
Bake again at 180 degrees for an additional 5 minutes.
STEP 12/12
It's a frozen, semi-dried squid air fryer with a lot of gloss! If you steam the sauce, it's a little spicy and salty, so I think it'll go well with beer.
You have to cut the squid so that it can be easily eaten after baking.
