Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients.
If you use anchovy broth and vegetable broth instead of water, it tastes deeper.

Please cut the ingredients into the desired size.
First, cut beef brisket.

First, stir-fry beef brisket without oiling the pot.

Without cooking oil, stir-fry the rest of the vegetables with oil from beef brisket.
If it's not greasy enough, you can add cooking oil, or you can pour water or stock immediately and cook it.

Stir-fry vegetables and boil them with water in the middle.

Add the prepared curry powder when the vegetables are almost done.

Bring to a boil until desired concentration.
You can add milk according to your preference.
