A savory and crispy seafood pancake on a rainy day.
On rainy and cloudy days, pancakes are more delicious. So I took out the ingredients and made seafood pajeon.

Cooking Steps

Place evenly on top of chives.

Beat in eggs until fully rolled and half melted.

Spread it evenly over the seafood and pour it.

Flipping back and forth, the seafood is cooked and the surface is golden.(Eat it with soy sauce and red pepper paste.).)

If the dough is too watery, the moisture of the seafood and chives comes out, tearing apart or making the surface less crispy, so knead it a little thicker than the concentration of plain yogurt we usually eat.
