Please stir-fry anchovies and shrimps
It would be nice to have dried shrimp (to remove the fishy smell), but I didn't have it, so I did what I had. LOL
STEP 2/3
Add the rest of the ingredients (as they are;) and cook - high pressure for 30 minutes
Because of the bitter taste, I put the kelp in the stir-fry mode after high pressure cooking and put it back in for 20 minutes
Pressure/Stir-Fry function is 30\20 minutes, but warm-up time is long.
Please give me plenty of time
