Budae-jjigae recipe that makes it simple without failure/Follow

Onions were sliced and prepared, and I used the green onions that were sold.
I cut the green onion in half and put it in.

Please prepare kimchi by cutting it into bite-size pieces.
If you add a lot of kimchi, it tastes more like kimchi stew, so please prepare a little bit.
And we'll prepare a little bit of pork belly so that it tastes like a deep soup. There was a small amount of tofu left in the stew, so they prepared tofu.
STEP 3/12
It's indispensable for budae-jjigae! I'm making budae jjigae to eat this. They also prepared enough ham for the budae jjigae.
I always run out of ham when I eat at a restaurant. It's a waste of money to order ham sari.. If you eat it at home, you can put as much ham as you want!
I prepared the No Brand basic canned ham and budae jjigae modum ham, which taste similar to spam ham.

I make budae jjigae with beef bone broth, but once I didn't have it at home. Sari Gomtang Soup that my acquaintance told me about!!
I heard it's good to use sari gomtang soup instead of beef bone broth. Since then, if I don't have beef bone broth at home, I put in the soup. If you have both, put them in.
I'm going to make it with both.

I'm going to make the sauce now.
First, add 3 spoons of minced garlic, 3 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 bag of sari gomtang soup, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of anchovy sauce, and pepper and mix well.

Now put ingredients for budae jjigae in a wide hot pot. It's full of ham, right?

If you put in the ingredients well, I'll put in the sauce now.
Don't put it all in at once, just half of it.
And add beef bone broth. I also like soup, so I added a lot. If you don't have beef bone broth, you can make a broth with the soup of Sarigomtang.
Since the amount of cooking is different, it's better to boil it and season it before putting it in. I put in all the sauce. The liver is just right for the amount I made.

Now, put the lid on and boil it.
As soon as it boils, it smells delicious.

Doesn't it look delicious? As it boils, it smells like budae-jjigae, and I feel more hungry.
When it boils up, taste it and add it if there is any shortage. It's really nice to be able to imitate the taste of budae jjigae that is made simply and sold at home.

Since it's boiling, add ramen noodles!
I didn't want to be full, so I only put in half of the ramen noodles.
