STEP 1/8
Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and rinse it quickly under running water to drain it. Put it in small pieces with your hands. (It's a little less than a small stick.)

Season 2 eggs with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Add enoki mushrooms to egg water and mix.

Pour cooking oil into a pan and spread enoki mushrooms when heated.

Pour in all the remaining egg water.

Turn it over once and cut the cheddar cheese in half.

When the cheese melts, decorate it with green onions.

You can just eat it, and it goes well with ketchup or buldak sauce.
It's delicious if you chop carrots and put them together. (If you refer to the video, you can cook in two ways.)
The red decoration is red pepper. (Optional)
