STEP 1/8
I'll cut the tofu into a checkerboard shape.
STEP 2/8
Place cut tofu on paper foil in oven pan. Season with salt and sprinkle with plenty of olive oil.
STEP 3/8
I'll put it in the oven and bake it.
I baked it at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Each house has different oven specifications, so please check the degree of cooking.
You can grill it with an air fryer.
STEP 4/8
I'm going to pickle the cucumbers in the refrigerator and eat them together. I think you can pickle the cucumber while the tofu is being baked.
Slice one cucumber as thinly as possible. Add 1/2 spoon of flower salt and pickle. It'll be deliciously pickled in 15 to 20 minutes. Squeeze the pickled cucumbers.

It's grilled deliciously.
While we cool it down, we can make balsamic dressing, right?
STEP 6/8
I'll make balsamic dressing.
5 spoons of olive oil, 3 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 spoons of lemon juice, 2 spoons of honey,
1 tsp salt, a bit of thick pepper
Mix them all evenly.
STEP 7/8
I put pickled cucumber in a bowl and cut tomatoes in between. Put the cooled tofu in the center.
STEP 8/8
Sprinkle balsamic dressing on top of grilled tofu.
When you cut tofu, you can cut it with wooden chopsticks. Then the tofu won't be cut until the end, right?
