Aranchini. [IKEA Food Court Aranchini version!]
Today, I made rice balls with canned tuna, vegetables, and rice and fried them. It's fried tuna rice ball. Actually, I made this menu by applying Aranchini that I ate at IKEA Food Court. It's 1,000 won, but it was so delicious that I bought several more and ate it.I searched and found that Arancini is an Italian food fried with rice, vegetables, and meat? The ingredients can be used as much as possible, so I added canned tuna and made it. How does it taste?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the onions, red paprika and perilla leaves.
Thanks to the scent of the perilla leaf, it can help you catch the smell of canned tuna, so it's good to put it in.
Any other vegetables are fine. You can choose any vegetables in the refrigerator to your liking. You can add mushrooms or carrots.
STEP 2/6
Please remove the fat from the canned tuna and prepare it.
STEP 3/6
Place 2 cups of rice, chopped vegetables, and drained tuna in a bowl. Add 4 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of pepper and season. Add 2 spoons of soy sauce.
STEP 4/6
Now mix the batter evenly. You can make a rice ball in the right size.
STEP 5/6
Prepare the egg mixture and bread crumbs.
STEP 6/6
In a well-oiled pan, fry the rice balls until golden.
Because I put rice in it, it's hard to season it with salt? If you add thick soy sauce, it's more seasoned and delicious. Do you usually prepare frying powder when you put it on? I skip the frying powder. I don't want the batter to be thick and greasy. You can make a delicious fried food with just egg and bread crumbs. I think it'll be better to make it like me since it's going to be more savory. You don't have to use enough oil to soak the rice balls when frying. Even if you use it enough, it's delicious enough. Instead, you can roll the rice ball with a spoon and fry it.
