Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare kiwis by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Mix chopped kiwi and sugar and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Put the ingredients in a sterilized glass bottle, block the air with sugar and wrap, and complete kiwi chung.
STEP 4/6
Add kiwi, sugar, lemon juice, and water from kiwi sherbet and grind them in a blender.
STEP 5/6
Refrigerate the finely ground kiwi and mix with a fork every two hours until the texture of the sherbet.
