Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I cut 4 pieces of fish cake vertically
You can cut this as much as you want.
STEP 2/9
Carrots, onions, and green onions are all prepared in the same size as fish cakes
STEP 3/9
Add 1 oyster sauce, 2 soy sauce, and 1 per dish
Mix and prepare.
STEP 4/9
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic in the wok and give it garlic oil..
STEP 5/9
Add all the ingredients and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/9
And add all the sauce you made
STEP 7/9
Add 50ml of water and stir-fry it.
STEP 8/9
Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder and stir-fry it
STEP 9/9
Lastly, if you add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, the stir-fried fish cake is done.
Stir-fried fish cake doesn't taste good when it comes out of the refrigerator, so just stir-fry it for one meal
