Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash the mung bean overnight and peel it.
STEP 2/9
Put the peeled mung bean in a blender and add some water
Put it in and grind it finely.
STEP 3/9
Add 1/2C of salt and fried rice powder to finely ground mung bean and knead it.
STEP 4/9
Please chop the washed kimchi and green onion.
STEP 5/9
Please cut the pork into small pieces to make it tasteful.
STEP 6/9
Cut pork with cheongju and oyster sauce
I'm going to season it.
STEP 7/9
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for 30 to 40 seconds
Please rinse it in cold water.
STEP 8/9
Mix all the cut ingredients in the dough.
STEP 9/9
Put oil on the pan and scoop out a ladle and fry it until it's golden brown
If it is difficult to peel green beans, use peeled green beans. I have to mix rice powder because it gets tough just by making mung bean paste, but it was so good to add rice frying powder. It's convenient to mix all the ingredients rather than putting them on top.
