  • thick soy sauce

  • apple vinegar
    1paper cup
  • Water
    2~3paper cup
Cooking Steps

Cut in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon

Peel with potato peeler If possible, take it off so that you can't see the green part

After 2 days, pour only soy sauce vinegar and boil it again, cool it down, pour it again, store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, and take it out
