[Ulgrey Spread] Put milk, whipped cream, sugar, honey, and earl grey powder in a pot, boil it while stirring until the concentration thickens, and rest at room temperature.

Divide vanilla beans in half to scratch the seeds, place both the skin and seeds in a pot, add milk and butter, and boil over low heat.

In another bowl, mix the sifted flour and sugar.

Pour the boiled ingredients into a bowl mixed with the powder, mix them using a hand whisk, and then mix them together in a bowl mixed with eggs and rum.

Seal the finished dough and rest in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

Prepare the rest of the dough by putting it down on a sieve and coating the room temperature butter on a canule mold using a brush.

Fill 90% of the prepared dough in a coated mold and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Make a hole in the middle of the cold canule and put the earl grey spread in a piping bag to complete it.
Canule is a dessert that is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
