[Seaweed soup with abalone] Simple food, healthy taste, no failu
Abalone is in season these days I recommend cool and light abalone seaweed soup! No failure at all. Trust me and follow me. (Personally, I like abalone seaweed soup more than beef seaweed soup!)

Ingredients
  • Seaweed
    1handful
  • Abalone
    2ea
  • Sesame oil
    4t
  • Korean style soy sauce
    3t
  • a thick salt
    0.5t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop 2 rice of the gutless abalone into small abalone.
STEP 2/6
Soak seaweed in a heated pot for more than 20 minutes
Add 4t of sesame oil and stir-fry over low heat.
STEP 3/6
Add the sliced abalone and stir-fry it together.
STEP 4/6
Add a little bit of water and stir-fry it.
Add additional water when the water boils down and shrinks.
Repeat this task at least three times.
STEP 5/6
Add water and simmer until the seaweed is completely submerged.
Add 3 tons of soy sauce and 0.5 tons of salt to season.
(If you can't boil it well and want to eat it right away, add a little bit of tea to create a deep taste.)
STEP 6/6
Please enjoy it.
Stir-fry it with sesame oil. It's very important to make the soup cry. Repeat at least 3 times.
