Plum smoothie
Plums are mostly made up of moisture, making them a great fruit for relieving thirst in summer. Plums contain nine times more vitamin A than kiwis, twice as much potassium as bananas, 13 times more iron than apples, and five times more soluble fiber than apples. Plums with such many effects are good for menopause and menopause women. I'm going to make a plum smoothie today.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/5
Plums are ground with the skin, so I washed them with baking soda. I also washed the tangerines. I'm only going to use the tangerine kernel. Wash well and drain.
STEP 3/5
Remove the seeds from the plums and cut off the skin. I'm going to grind it in a blender, so you can cut it moderately. Cut the tangerines in moderation.
STEP 4/5
Put all the ingredients in the blender and grind.
STEP 5/5
For the ice to grind well, the motor must be strong to grind it finely. The drinks are well-done
To choose a good plum, choose one that has a glossy, hard, and high sugar content. Plums fade quickly when stored at room temperature, so keep them refrigerated. Plums are nutritious in their skins, so please grind them as much as possible.
