Remove the skin from the potatoes

Wash the peeled potatoes with water

Add water until potatoes are soaked, but about two-thirds

Add 4T of sugar and 1T of salt to 150ml of water.

Add sugar water until potatoes are submerged.

Boil potatoes over sand heat.

Boil it over a sand fire for about 5 minutes, but reduce it to medium heat and boil it for about 15 minutes.

I boiled it for about 15 minutes, but the water didn't decrease a lot, so I threw it away a little.
Boil until water is reduced to less than half.
I boiled it for about 5 more minutes.

Boil until the water dries completely and evaporates.
Then the skin rises slightly and the potato crumbs are spread on the floor.
