STEP 1/7
Wash and rinse the bean sprouts.

Place the clean bean sprouts in a pot. Don't add water, close the lid and boil it for 10 minutes on low heat. You can do it on the lowest gas stove at home.

While waiting, chop green onions or chives to put in the salad and let them stand.
STEP 4/7
Turn off the gas stove exactly 10 minutes later and open the pot. The bean sprouts are properly out of breath.

Transfer hot bean sprouts to chopped green onions. Add minced garlic and mix using spoon or chopsticks. Hot bean sprouts remove the arin taste of garlic and green onions and turn into a good temperature for seasoning.
STEP 6/7
If the minced garlic is mixed well, season it with 1/3 spoon of salt, pepper and sesame seeds.
STEP 7/7
If you eat it right away, add 1/2 spoon of sesame oil and mix it. If you eat it later, don't add sesame oil^^
